The Land Group collaborated closely with St. Luke's and other stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive master plan to expand St. Luke’s main Boise hospital. This is not a “single project”, but a multi-phase plan that will occur in stages over the years to come. This involved detailed surveying, mapping, conceptual planning, and final master planning. Considerations such as site logistics, environmental impact, and community integration were crucial in shaping the project's direction.
