Tamara joined The Land Group in 2013. She utilizes her background in construction management to aid clients in navigating the complex and lengthy real estate entitlement and development process. As Director of Client Services at The Land Group, she oversees all aspects of development, including assisting clients with due diligence investigation, project definition and vision, regulatory agency approvals, neighborhood and community outreach, public hearing presentation, and general project management.
Recognizing each project's uniqueness, she tailors development strategies to enhance the project’s intricacies, fostering strong community ties and garnering support from municipalities and residents. Tamara’s collaborative leadership style builds long lasting relationships and repeat clients. She enjoys volunteering and serving on many local non-profit boards and spending time with her family in the Idaho outdoors.
