Russ Hepworth

Russ joined The Land Group in 1999.  He has over 32 years of civil engineering experience, specializing in land development. As a project design engineer, he oversees various aspects of site civil and land planning. This includes residential subdivisions, commercial developments, roadway design, and utility expansions. Russ’ duties span client communication, design coordination, construction document preparation, bidding, and construction observation. His work ethic, dedication, and extensive involvement within the company and within project design ensures seamless project execution and client satisfaction, making him a key asset to The Land Group's team.
