Phil co-founded The Land Group in 1988 and has been shaping communities ever since. As a Principal, Landscape Architect, Planner, and Project Manager, his goal for every project is to provide design solutions tailored to the specific constraints and opportunities of each site. This approach is both comprehensive and environmentally sensitive. His portfolio spans community planning, mixed-use developments, retail centers, schools, hospitals, technology campuses, and golf courses. Known for his thoughtful approach, he sees every project as an opportunity to transform challenges into possibilities, delivering solutions that resonate with clients, end users, and the land itself.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys backpacking, adventure motorcycling, traveling, investing, and spending time with family and friends.
