Mitch joined The Land Group in 2019 and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources with an emphasis on Landscape Analysis from Oregon State University. He holds an Academic Certificate in Land Surveying from Idaho State University. Starting as a rodman in the survey department, Mitch quickly climbed the ranks to become a crew chief and survey technician, bringing over 11 years of technical and leadership experience from his time as a combat engineer in the U.S. Army. At TLG, he plans and executes a variety of surveying projects, focusing on accuracy and quality.
Outside of work, Mitch enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and camping with his wife, three kids, and dog, proudly embracing his roots as a fourth-generation Idahoan.
