Melissa Drew

Melissa believes that great landscape architecture does more than enhance aesthetics, it changes how people experience a space while creating positive impacts for communities and the environment. Joining The Land Group in 2017 as a Landscape Architect and Project Manager, she guides projects with intention, balancing client goals, environmental stewardship, and community needs. Her award-winning work, including Washington Elementary School and the Ronald McDonald House, reflects her commitment to creating meaningful, resilient places. With a BLA and Firewise Certification, Melissa blends creative design with practical solutions. 

Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, trail running, and skiing through Idaho’s winter powder.
