Jim joined The Land Group in 2016, bringing over three decades of expertise. His career, which began in 1989, spans diverse civil engineering projects for municipal, institutional, commercial, private, and industrial clients, resulting in an extensive portfolio. From subdivisions to marine waterfront facilities, Jim's work includes transportation infrastructure, hotels and hospitality, resort developments, utilities, industrial structures, and residential developments. Collaborating with engineers, architects, developers, and government agencies, his interdisciplinary approach ensures project success.
Educated at the University of Utah, Jim gained experience in Alaska before expanding his licensure to Wyoming and Idaho, contributing significantly to projects across these states. A member of ASCE for over 25 years, Jim's experience and collaborative skills are invaluable to any project team.
