Eric Cronin

Eric joined The Land Group in 2004 after graduating from the University of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.  He has overseen all facets of site development projects at The Land Group. Serving as both project manager and civil engineer, Eric has led design teams responsible for grading, drainage, utility, and related construction documents across various sectors including public works, residential, commercial, medical, educational, and parks & recreation. Eric's meticulous attention to detail and dedication to each project's vision enables him to excel in coordinating designs from entitlement through final construction sign-off, ensuring successful project outcomes.
