Now, with over 30 years of professional experience, he holds a pivotal role in the firm’s daily operations, prioritizing mentoring and professional growth. Additionally, Doug manages a diverse array of design projects that include community planning, commercial and industrial developments, urban design, park planning, and competitive athletic and institutional facilities.
