David moved from North Carolina to join The Land Group in 2018. Initially hired as a Civil Designer, he expanded his role by obtaining his Landscape Architect's license the following year. Along with his work in landscape and civil design, David coordinates erosion control plan drawings and agency communications, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective stormwater management across The Land Group’s projects. With a professional background spanning over a decade in construction management, he applies his extensive experience to deliver exceptional service throughout site design and construction. David excels in production, problem-solving, and client communication across all disciplines he works in, spanning entitlements and permitting, grading and drainage design, landscape and irrigation, and construction administration.
