Lakemoor

 

Lakemoor is a mixed use development of residential, retail, and commercial projects. The Land Group focused on designing its 178 acre commercial frontage in Eagle, Idaho. The Land Group provided site planning and landscape architecture services for designing common areas which consist of waterways, open space and pathways, a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground equipment, basketball and tennis courts, ponds and seating areas, all within an extensive and attractive landscape. The site is a unique setting along the south channel of the Boise River. Existing vegetation and wetlands along the river were preserved and protected in the natural state, with a 10’ wide asphalt pedestrian path provided per the City of Eagle Transportation/Pathway Network Maps. Scope of work also included landscape planting plans for street buffers, street trees, islands, and roundabout planting. The Land Group provided design review and construction plans on a phased basis for this project in collaboration with Hawkins Company.
