The Idaho Youth Ranch (IYR) was established for disadvantaged kids to stay and learn important life skills by participating in group and individual therapy to prepare them for a lifetime of opportunity. The Land Group led a collaborative effort to develop the site master plan for the IYR’s new Hands of Promise Ranch in Caldwell, ID. Tasks included a thorough site and environmental assessment of the diverse 258-acre ranch, program development and facility needs analysis with IYR staff, Conceptual Statement of Probable Cost, and Entitlement Summary.

Phase 1 included an indoor arena, outdoor arena, and Ride For Joy. Phase 2 includes a Residential Treatment Center. The Land Group’s efforts continue today as site development and facility construction for phase 2 are underway.
