Kleiner Memorial Park and The Village at Meridian’s shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences. The development was designed to meet the high standards established throughout The Village, creating a seamless extension of one of the Treasure Valley's most recognizable mixed-use environments.

The Land Group provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying, and construction administration services from design through project completion. Working closely with Brighton Corporation, Tuttle & Associates, and the broader consultant team, TLG developed site infrastructure, frontage improvements, and outdoor amenity spaces that complemented the project's active-adult focus.
